Unlike other smart parking sensors, the ePark sensor works over the SIGFOX IoT Network. The SIGFOX network covers an impressive 94% of the NZ population, therefore eParking solutions do not require any expensive gateways to get started. This results in increased redundancy (one parking sensor will communicate with many SIGFOX gateways), simple setup and reduced overall costs. eParking brings the latest in laser technology to its smart parking sensors, with discriminating parking. Meaning the sensors will detect who is authorised to park into a particular spot and those who are not.
